Can I use Songware offline?
Yes — your library is designed to work offline once it has been synced. Edits and recordings made offline sync back when you reconnect.
Can my band or worship team collaborate together?
Absolutely. Create an organization, invite members, and assign role-based permissions. Songbooks and setlists can be shared across the team while keeping ownership clear.
Can the whole band stay in sync while we play?
Yes. Start a live session and everyone follows the same song, key, and position in the set in real time. Members can send song requests, and leadership can be handed off on the fly — so the whole team always has the same thing on screen.
Can I put lyrics on a projector or second screen?
Yes. Songware has a dedicated lyrics presentation screen you can send to a projector, TV, or second display for the room to follow. When a live session is running, the projected lyrics stay in sync with the song the leader is on.
What import formats are supported?
Text, images (with OCR), PDFs, ChordPro files, ZIP archives, and iReal links. Smart import uses AI to extract chords and lyrics, with confidence scoring so you know what to double-check.
